These standards help HabeshaReach remain useful, respectful, and trustworthy across countries, cultures, and languages.

1. Respectful use
Treat businesses, professionals, event organizers, users, and HabeshaReach staff with respect. Genuine criticism and honest reporting are welcome, but disagreement does not justify abuse, intimidation, or retaliation.
2. Spam and manipulation
Do not send repetitive unwanted messages, post irrelevant promotions, create duplicate listings, manipulate search or reviews, or use automated activity that disrupts the service. Paid, fake, retaliatory, or coordinated reviews are prohibited.
3. Scams, fraud, and fake identities
Scams, advance-fee fraud, phishing, fake businesses or professionals, impersonation, forged evidence, and deceptive payment or investment claims are prohibited. Do not misrepresent who you are, who you represent, or what a provider offers.
4. Harassment and abusive content
Do not threaten, stalk, bully, sexually harass, shame, or publish another person’s private information. Hate or abusive content targeting people based on ethnicity, nationality, race, religion, sex, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or another protected characteristic is prohibited.
5. Illegal and inappropriate content
Do not publish or promote illegal activity, exploitation, malware, dangerous instructions, sexual exploitation, graphic violence, or other content that creates a serious safety risk. Images must be appropriate for a professional worldwide directory.
6. Misleading information
Do not publish false qualifications, fabricated testimonials, deceptive prices, fake locations, altered evidence, undisclosed conflicts, or claims likely to mislead users. Correct material errors promptly.
7. Reporting violations
Use the report option on a listing or contact HabeshaReach with the relevant URL, reason, and supporting information. Do not misuse reporting to harm competitors, silence honest reviews, or harass other users. Immediate danger or suspected crime should be reported to the appropriate local authority.
8. Enforcement
Depending on severity and context, HabeshaReach may warn a user, request corrections, limit visibility, reject content, suspend features, remove content, or restrict an account. Serious safety, fraud, or legal issues may result in immediate action. HabeshaReach may preserve necessary records and cooperate with lawful requests.
9. Repeated violations
Repeated violations, attempts to evade enforcement, coordinated abuse, or creation of replacement accounts may lead to longer or permanent restrictions. Where appropriate, affected users may contact support to request review.
