Listing Policy

1. Who may create a listing

You may create or manage a listing only when you are the business or professional, are authorized to act for them, or are submitting accurate public information in a way permitted by law and this policy. HabeshaReach may require ownership confirmation or other evidence.

2. Business listings

A business listing must represent a genuine operating business, organization, or service. Use the business’s real public-facing name, correct category, location, description, contact information, and website. Do not imply branches, licences, partnerships, awards, or capabilities that do not exist.

3. Professional listings

A professional profile must represent a real person or legitimate professional practice. Describe actual skills, experience, location, availability, and qualifications accurately. Do not claim protected titles, licences, or certifications unless lawfully held.

4. Accurate and current information

Listing owners must keep information current. Prices, opening hours, services, contact details, availability, and locations should be corrected promptly when they change. HabeshaReach may label, restrict, or remove information that cannot be confirmed.

5. Fake and duplicate listings

Fake businesses, fabricated professionals, impersonation, and listings designed to mislead are prohibited. Create one primary listing for each genuine business, professional practice, or distinct authorized location. Duplicate or near-duplicate listings may be merged, unpublished, or removed.

6. Categories and contact information

Choose the most accurate available category and do not use unrelated categories to gain visibility. Contact information must belong to the listed provider or be used with permission. Do not add premium-rate, deceptive, unsafe, or unauthorized contact details.

7. Images and descriptions

Images, logos, descriptions, and other media must be relevant, accurate, and owned by you or used with permission. Images must not contain illegal, hateful, explicit, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing material. Stock images must not misrepresent the actual provider, location, work, or results.

8. Prohibited listings

• Illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, exploitative, or deceptive businesses, services, or events.
• Listings primarily created for spam, keyword manipulation, referral abuse, or malware.
• Counterfeit goods, unlawful regulated services, or misleading health, legal, financial, or professional claims.
• Harassment, hate, adult sexual services, exploitation, or content that endangers people.
• Listings that violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

9. Ownership, claims, and editing

A provider may ask to claim or correct a listing. HabeshaReach may request evidence such as access to an official email domain, business website, public registration information, identity information, or other appropriate proof. Sensitive evidence should be requested only when necessary and handled securely. Authorized owners can edit through available dashboard controls; material changes may trigger review.

10. Removal and reporting

HabeshaReach may reject, unpublish, merge, restrict, or remove listings that violate policy, cannot be verified, create safety or legal risk, are permanently closed, or repeatedly contain inaccurate information. Users can report a listing through the listing report feature or the contact page. Reports must be honest and sufficiently detailed.
