1. Accepting these terms

By accessing HabeshaReach, creating an account, submitting content, or using platform features, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

2. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
• Use an email address and account you are authorized to use.
• Keep credentials secure and notify HabeshaReach of suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not sell, transfer, share for abuse, or create accounts to evade restrictions.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law.

3. User responsibilities

Use HabeshaReach lawfully, respectfully, and only for legitimate directory, professional, business, event, and community purposes. You are responsible for checking whether your activities, services, qualifications, licences, claims, and communications comply with applicable rules in every location where you operate.

4. Listings and user-generated content

You remain responsible for listings, profiles, events, reviews, images, logos, descriptions, contact information, and other content you submit. Information must be accurate, current, non-misleading, and submitted with all necessary rights and permissions. Listings must also follow the Listing Policy and Community Guidelines.

5. Content permission

You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content, you give HabeshaReach a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, and technically adapt that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure, and improve the platform. This permission ends when content is deleted, except for reasonable backups, legal requirements, or material already shared outside HabeshaReach.

6. Accuracy and independent providers

HabeshaReach is a directory and discovery platform. Businesses, professionals, advertisers, and event organizers are independent. HabeshaReach does not guarantee that information is complete, current, safe, lawful, available, or suitable. Users should independently check identity, qualifications, licences, prices, insurance, terms, event details, and service quality before relying on a listing.

7. Prohibited activities

• Fraud, scams, impersonation, fake listings, deceptive claims, or manipulated reviews.
• Harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, exploitation, or publishing private information without permission.
• Illegal goods, services, events, content, or instructions.
• Spam, malware, scraping that harms the service, security testing without permission, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• Copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights infringement.
• Interfering with moderation, submitting dishonest reports, or evading suspension.

8. HabeshaReach ownership

HabeshaReach’s name, platform design, software, original text, branding, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected platform materials except where law permits or HabeshaReach gives written permission.

9. Moderation, reports, and verification

HabeshaReach may investigate reports and may reject, restrict, edit visibility, unpublish, label, or remove content. It may request information and take proportionate action where content creates legal, safety, quality, or trust concerns. Verification means only that selected information or evidence was reviewed at a point in time; it is not a guarantee, recommendation, endorsement, certification, licence check, or promise of quality.

10. Suspension and termination

HabeshaReach may limit or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, legal risk, security threats, non-payment once paid services launch, or attempts to evade enforcement. Users may stop using the service and request account deletion. Where appropriate, a user may contact support to request review of an enforcement decision.

11. Third-party services

Listings may link to third-party websites, maps, ticketing, messaging, social media, or other services. HabeshaReach does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, transactions, or privacy practices. Separate third-party terms may apply.

12. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. HabeshaReach works to maintain a useful and secure platform but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or particular business results. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HabeshaReach is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, loss of opportunity, or disputes arising between users and independent providers. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded, including liability arising from intent or other mandatory legal protections.

14. Service and term changes

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for development, safety, legal, or operational reasons. These terms may also be updated. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably required, and the effective date will be updated.

15. Applicable legal considerations

These terms are intended for a Netherlands-based platform serving international users. Mandatory consumer, privacy, and local laws may still apply based on where a user lives or where services are offered. A governing-law, jurisdiction, and formal operator-identity clause must be finalized with a qualified legal professional before commercial launch because no registered legal entity information has been provided.
