This policy explains the responsibilities attached to user-uploaded images, logos, descriptions, and other protected material.

1. Ownership
Users retain ownership of original content they own. HabeshaReach retains ownership of its original software, design, branding, text, and platform materials. Publishing content on HabeshaReach does not transfer ownership to HabeshaReach or other users.
2. Permission to upload
Only upload images, logos, business descriptions, event materials, videos, trademarks, or other content that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for licences, releases, attributions, and restrictions that apply to submitted content.
3. User-uploaded images and logos
Do not copy images from another website, social account, photographer, business, or creator merely because they are publicly visible. Logos and brand materials must belong to the listed provider or be used with authorization. Images of people should be published only with an appropriate lawful basis and permission where required.
4. Platform licence
When you submit content, you give HabeshaReach the limited permission described in the Terms of Service to store, display, resize, reproduce, and technically adapt it as needed to operate, secure, and present the platform. You remain responsible for the content and underlying rights.
5. Reporting infringement
A rights holder or authorized representative can report suspected infringement to filefdfd34@gmail.com. Include your name and contact details, identify the protected work, provide the exact HabeshaReach URL or listing, identify the disputed material, explain your rights and why use is unauthorized, and confirm that the report is accurate and made in good faith. HabeshaReach may request reasonable supporting evidence.
6. Review and removal
HabeshaReach may temporarily restrict disputed material while reviewing a credible report. It may remove, disable, restore, or request changes based on available information and applicable law. The uploader may be contacted and may provide evidence of ownership, licence, permission, exception, or mistake.
7. Repeat infringement
Accounts or listings that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights may lose upload privileges, have content removed, or be restricted or terminated. False, abusive, or knowingly misleading complaints may also lead to action.
8. Trademarks and other rights
This policy also supports reports concerning unauthorized logos, confusing brand impersonation, and other intellectual-property concerns. It does not replace legal advice or a court process, and HabeshaReach may ask parties to resolve complex ownership disputes through appropriate legal channels.
